SheInside review

SheInside

Please keep in mind this review is based on my interactions with the company through Polyvore, or thanks to Polyvore.  I would probably never have gone onto their website if I hadn’t had interactions with them beforehand on Polyvore.

Website:  ★★★

Easy to browse, good categories, and you can easily find things by colour… however, I find it very annoying that each time you click on an item it pops up as a new tab!

Check-out/shipping:  ★★★

The check-out process was easy and quick… but then came what they like to call “processing time”.  18 days of processing time!!!  When the items was finally shipped off they arrived within the timeframe I expected (10 days).

Merchandise:  ★★★★

I was well impressed.  Would the items have passed quality control with Marks & Spencer… absolutely not.  Would they have passed it at Primark… absolutely yes.

I got three items, two of them were “one-size”… and one-size clearly means “tiny”.  One of the items fit, although smaller than I would have liked, the other is way too small.

However, on the third item there was options of sizes, and I ordered one size up, as I anticipated the sizes to be smaller than what I’m used to – and it fits perfect.  😀

Have a read (and see pic) about my SheInside items here.

Interactions:  ★★★★★

I had a hick-up during check-out (no fault of SheInside, it was a paypal issue), and contacted them, as I was worried the order hadn’t gone through.  They got back to me really quickly, were very nice, and put my mind at ease instantly.

Would I shop with them in the future?

Yes.  As long as I wasn’t in a hurry for anything, I would consider shopping with them in the future.
